Expanding ‘User’ Accounts
From your ‘User1’ root account, you can create additional User Accounts at no charge.
For example, say you want to delegate the task of content creation to someone else while retaining the overall control of managing the campaign; you simply create a new user account for your Content Manager, ‘User2’. This ‘User2’ account will have its own login name and password and will have full access to all utilities as you do. Since, both user accounts are connected to ‘Content1’ Display Location Account, any content created by either you or your Content Manager will be placed in ‘Content1’.
Now you have two user accounts: ‘User1’ for yourself and ‘User2’ for your Content Manager. Your ‘User1’ account will have higher administrative rights than ‘User2’ account. As the root account user, you can access, edit, suspend and delete any content that is created by you and by your Content Manager. ‘User2’ can totally control its own content, but can only view content that is created by ‘User1’ without any editing right.
Any active content created by ‘User1’ and ‘User2’ will be accessible and viewed by consumers.

Centralized Control Model
When you are ready to expand your Mobi33 usage, you simply subscribe to more Display Location Accounts. For example, if you have multiple businesses or multiple clients, and the content for each of the businesses or clients is being accessed by different audiences, then you must subscribe to additional Display Location Accounts. Both you ‘User1’ and your Content Manager ‘User2’ can access any of the Display Location Accounts created by you. Each Display Location Account, ‘Content1’, ‘Content2’, etc. will have its own parameters for the content access.
You can create these new Display Location Accounts with or without assigning them to your Content Manager. Mobi33 allows you to modify the account structure by assigning or retracting account ownership to or from another user at any time.

 |
Distributed Control Model
You may add more resources to manage your campaigns in various Display Location Accounts by expanding your account structure. You can create a second layer of User Accounts and assign existing Display Location Accounts to these new User Accounts accordingly.
Both ‘User1’ and ‘User2’ will be able to access all 4 Display Location Accounts. ‘User3’ will only be able to access ‘Content1’ and ‘Content2’ Display Location Accounts.‘User4’ will only be able to access ‘Content3’ and ‘Content4’ Display Location Accounts. ‘User3’ and ‘User4’ each has a separate work environment.
Since Mobi33 is a web-based application, campaign managers may manage their campaigns from any computers with an Internet connection 24/7. The update will take effect immediately, allowing on-the-fly marketing.

Ad Agency/Ad Network Model
Businesses such as Ad agencies, Ad networks, marketing solution providers, prints media and system integrators, can easily expand into Mobile and/or Digital Signage advertising, and benefit from interactive consumer feedback.
An agency can manage all its client accounts from a single root account or from multiple Content Manager Accounts. Each Display Location Account may either be billed to the agency or billed to the client using our payment system. There is no limit to the number of User and Display Location Accounts you can add to the account structure, thereby allowing very large enterprises to efficiently use the platform.
You, as an Agency, have the option of giving your clients the right to access the content from a user account or not. If you want to grant the access right, you also have the choice of letting your clients view the content for the purpose of proof reading only or to let your clients participate in running the campaigns.
From your clients' point of view, they each have their own work space and your clients will not be able to see other client accounts under any circumstances.
As your business expands, you can increase your resources to handle the work load by adding additional User Accounts. You may rearrange your account structure to optimize the work flow. In this example, you can create a layer of Account Managers managing a layer of Content Managers below. The Account Managers can access and monitor the User Accounts of the Content Managers that are assigned to them. Each Content Manager has a segregated work space and will not be able to see Display Location Accounts that are not directly assigned to that Content Manager.
Note: The role assigned to each of the layers of accounts given here is for ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY. You can construct your own work flow according to your organization needs.

Merging and Splitting Account Structures
Mobi33 allows you to merge two independent account structures together. You have total flexibility on how to merge the two structures. In this example, you can assign ‘User1’ or ‘User5’ as the root account. In either case, the access and editing rights will follow the same hierarchical rules as mentioned above. You may merge any number of independent structures together and rearrange the account hierarchy to fit your business operation.
By the same token, Mobi33 allows you to split an account structure into two independent account structures. You can split off at any user account node. Only the owner of the root account can perform merging and splitting of account structures.
